I'm based in the Treasure Valley and serve Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and surrounding areas. I come to you — at home, at work, wherever is most convenient.
I run a solo mobile operation with a tight schedule. Reading through these takes two minutes and protects both of us.
Your vehicle needs to be cleared out and ready when I arrive. Center console, glove box, door pockets, seat pockets, and trunk should all be emptied before your appointment time. If belongings prevent me from accessing areas that are part of your booked service, I will skip those areas. You will not receive a partial refund or credit for areas I could not reach due to clutter.
If you have a concern about the quality of your service, it must be communicated on the same day the detail is completed. Reach out before I leave or immediately after I finish so I can address it on the spot.
Environmental factors including road debris, rain, dust, bird droppings, and normal daily use that occur after the service is finished are not covered under any satisfaction guarantee.
Detailing is a cleaning and protection service, not a repair service. I will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects that are revealed or become more visible during the cleaning process. This includes paint swirls, cracked trim, set-in stains, odors requiring specialized treatment, and hard water spots requiring paint correction beyond the scope of standard services.
If your vehicle is in a condition that goes beyond the scope of your booked service, I reserve the right to stop the service, notify you, and quote the additional time or work needed.
When you book a time slot, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my ability to serve other clients.
If I arrive and the vehicle is not accessible, the location changed without notice, or the vehicle is in a condition significantly different from what was described at booking, I reserve the right to charge a trip fee for the time and travel already invested.
Payment is collected through Square at the time of booking or at completion of service. All prices listed are final for the service as described. Add-ons are charged separately and must be selected at the time of booking. The price you lock in at booking is the price you pay.
